Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 June 2026

§ 1 Scope and provider

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between Abed Al Muhsen Alkarim, Abed Al Muhsen Alkarim, Mittelseestr. 6a, 63065 Offenbach am Main, Germany (the "Provider") and the users (the "Customer") of the website surviveprotocol.com.

The offers are aimed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

§ 2 Subject matter

The Provider offers a digital service that generates personalized survival and preparedness plans for selected scenarios. A free preview is available without payment. A one-time purchase unlocks the full plan for the chosen scenario: all timeframes (1 week to 1 year), the complete food, equipment, training and tips, and both downloadable PDF guides.

All content is provided for general information and preparedness purposes only. It does not constitute professional emergency, medical, safety, nutritional, legal or financial advice and is not a substitute for the instructions of authorities or qualified professionals (see § 8).

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the service does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing the purchase, the Customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by the payment provider or provision of the plan.

§ 4 Prices and payment

The full plan costs a one-time fee of $8.99 (one-time); there is no subscription and no recurring charge. As a small business within the meaning of § 19 (1) UStG, no VAT is charged or shown.

Payment is made via the payment provider Stripe using the payment methods offered there.

§ 5 Provision of digital content and services

Access to the full plan and to PDF downloads is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. It is provided immediately after successful payment.

The Customer expressly requests that performance of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period (see § 6).

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the Right of Withdrawal policy.

For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if the Provider has begun performance after the Customer expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed their awareness that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). The Customer gives this consent and confirmation in the purchase-confirmation step shown before payment.

§ 7 Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health based on a negligent or intentional breach of duty, and for damages based on intent or gross negligence.

For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.

§ 8 Important safety notice: general information, not professional advice

The plans, quantities, exercises, equipment lists, tips and guides are general, automatically and AI-generated information for educational and preparedness purposes only. They are not professional emergency, medical, safety, nutritional, legal or financial advice and are not a substitute for the official instructions of authorities and emergency services or guidance from qualified professionals.

In a real emergency, always follow the instructions of your local authorities and contact the official emergency services. Do not rely solely on this service.

Certain topics covered in the guides (for example fire, water purification, foraging and identifying edible or poisonous plants, preparing food and meat, and first aid) carry inherent risks. You act on this information entirely at your own responsibility and risk, and should verify critical information with authoritative sources and seek professional or medical help where needed. We give no guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or suitable for your specific situation.

§ 9 Minimum age

The offer is aimed exclusively at persons of legal age (at least 18 years). By using it, the Customer confirms that they are of legal age.

§ 10 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the Customer is habitually resident remain unaffected.

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
